The power level is defined as “Superior” – Character are above average, but not superheroic. Each character has:

• 2 +5 Knacks
• 5% power point recovery per hour of sleep
• 15 Stat points for initial temporary statistics
• 55 Stat points for initial Potential Statistics – Or optionally roll best of 3 (reroll below 11) for all 10 stats.
• All character begin at level 3
• 60 silver pieces worth of gear and equipment, but no spare coins.
