Shout out to a local gaming store in my area, Thunder Forge Gaming, and the incredibly friendly owner Thomas. Located in Tipp City, Ohio, Thunder Forge is a popular spot for locals to go and play a variety of tabletop games, especially Warhammer 40k and when I visited, Pokemon. They have a large selection of gaming tables available for players to use, complete with terrain, and regularly hold scheduled game days. The store also keeps a focused stock of addons and expansions, to cover most of the mainstream options.

For myself, this was the first time visiting. Though I have lived in this area for a long time, I admittedly had not heard of the location until recently thru the player circuit with our channel. As a result, I had to swing by and see what the excitement was about. After introducing myself and the channel, George and I spent a bit of time looking around and taking a few pictures. Long term, we have been considering taking our battle reports on the road, and potentially doing some tutorial battles for players, and idea that Thomas was open for – though he admitted that he was more of a Warhammer fan, and that Legion did not have a strong presence in the area.

From their very active Discord, the store caters to most players, and schedules regular events. For the games we pursue, they have an active Bolt Action group (which I have been lacking), and a curious Star Wars Legion community. I personally am not a fan of Warhammer 40k, I gave that passion up years ago, but any wargaming is still good.
