As part of my recording kit, I have been looking for a low cost, used camcorder, to match my current pair. Specifically, this would be a Canon Vixia HF R800. I have been watching Amazon for a sale, but mainly reviewing Facebook Marketplace for inexpensive options.
Yesterday I managed to locate one, for a good price, in good condition, which came with a tripod (bonus). I reached out to the seller, and yes, it was still available. And then they stopped responding, when I asked where and when to meet – no response since. At this point, I expect it will be back to the hunt. Not really a big concern, it was quite a long drive to pick it up, but would have been nice to wrap up that piece for now.
And strange that an active seller would go radio silent, after acknowledging the option.
