Switching topics over to the video game arena, today is the release of the long awaited Atlas 1.5 “MegaUpdate”. If you are not familiar with Atlas, it is a survival sandbox game with a pirate theme – and one that continues to hold the attention of our family.
Up until recently, we were playing on the official PVE servers, but with the announcement of this update a few weeks ago, they also added a planned wipe. This seemed like a good opportunity to swap worlds, and we moved over to a Patreon-funded IronGeeks server set. Here we have rebuilt our settlement and fleet, and have started to explore and interact.
If you are interested in the game, it is on sale this weekend for the big patch, at 50% off – I would welcome anyone to join us either as additional members of our Company (aka guild), or just as additional players. Let me know if this is something to consider and we can coordinate.
