In preparation for a new RPG campaign, I am collecting various notes and articles to fill out the world. This includes the various organization and religions of the world, along with any notes and references the players have discovered. As appropriate, details will be revealed below as an index of sorts for player and audience reference.
The world itself is based on the Pathfinder Golarion world, if only due to the abundance of resources and maps I have available. However, this ends at the cosmetic stage only – cities, locations, features share the same name, but any details will be written and re-written to fit the campaign. It will no doubt be inspired by my knowledge of Golarion, but likely will deviate significantly. This is NOT Pathfinder in a Rolemaster system, this is a wholely different and mostly original setting using the trapping of Pathfinder.
The general spirit is that of Tolkien and the Lord of the Rings series, as it fits cleanly with the Rolemaster system and background, and brings back the memories of my first games in TTRPGs.
