Fresh Investigators

With our kickoff character session today, we have a fresh set of Investigators ready for the upcoming Call of Cthulhu Pulp Cthulhu campaign. My process is simple, each player develops a concept and an AI image of their character. They then select a 3d printed miniature for their character, which I will then paint up, ready for the first game.

The models were pre-printed before the session, with 25 options to choose from. I spent this evening painting up the first 3, which came out pretty decent. For each, there is a definite similarity to the inspiration picture.

That leaves me one more with AI art to paint, one more to gather the AI art, and 3 more player’s to create their characters. We hope to have those wrapped up this week, so I can focus on prepping miniatures for foes and monsters.

Tentatively, we have penciled in our first game session for June 28, but it will depend on player commitments and readiness for the game. However, since we have 2 guest stars available now, I do hope that we can do some gaming on a semi-regular basis.
