During this extended transition, I have continued to be active collecting and preparing for my various Star Wars games, to include Legion, Armada, and X-Wing.

For Legion, beyond collecting a number of additional expansions, we have branched out into the Clone Wars expansion. Those forces are limited to just the core set thus far (the droids are rather annoying to assemble), but the interest level in the game itself has grown quite a bit. I have been keeping the 3d printer rather busy preparing scatter terrain and other decorations, so that we are ready once we again have a tabletop to actually play.

Armada has not progressed quite as far – primarily due to a lack of new models. I managed to acquire the most recent ones (the Starhawk and the Onager), but recent pandemics have limited the release schedule of additional sets. For this particular game, I am not expecting to expand into Clone Wars sets. Part of that is due to a lack of interest, but also simply due to cost – though that may slip once I see the ships themselves.

X-Wing has all but grown static at this time – we still have plenty of interest, but without a table to play (and much of the materials are in storage), there is little ability to play. Most of the recent expansions have been Clone Wars based, which also limits my options, since I have little interest in collecting all the numerous factions. I focus primarily on the classic factions, which has always been plenty for our group.
