All Metal Hotend

Received and managed to install the new Micro Swiss All-Metal Hotend for my 3d printer, an effort which was relatively simple.  Most of the challenge was really just managing the tiny screws that hold the printer together, and rewiring everything back in the correct place.  The included URL from the vendor provided up to date and detailed PDF instructions, which made the process easy.

My biggest challenge was aligning the extruder fan and motor assembly correctly.  In my case, I apparently accidentally rotated the fan 90 degrees when I re-assembled it, which caused the fan to fail to turn properly.  This lead to excessive heat in the motor.  Not exactly sure why the orientation mattered, but once I disassembled and reassembled it again, it spun freely and correctly.

As part of this update, I also reverted back to my all-glass surface, which should be much flatter and consistent with prints.  Unfortunately this also means a new round of leveling and tweaking, and adjusting everything to get the prints to flow just right and reliably.  This is complicated by the changes caused by the metal hot-end, since the temperature requirements are different as well.
