A light week this week, with a new addition to the Mordheim content and a new session of the Warhammer FRP campaign. Next week, I am hoping to process a few more Mordheim battles, hopefully fit in some more Legion, and we have both Kingmaker and Warhammer on the schedule.
This weekend also sees the release of tickets for Gencon 2026, and we have a group planning on attending for the duration. More details to come as the plans firm up.
On the wargaming side, we have a battle for Mordheim, with the Restless Dead taking on the Beastman Raiders. Matt is finally able to join us again for a match, and was eager to engage in a Skirmish with the undead. Despite the shambling of the zombies, the battle was fast and furious.
In Warhammer FRP for the Enemy Within campaign, we are in the end game of the campaign, after a very long time frame. Our first session dates all the way back to the summer of 2021 I believe – the dates are a bit uncertain since I did a channel re-organization in April of 2023. However, the storyline is quickly moving to the final chapters as the group has recovered what they believe to be Ghal-Maraz, and are moving to save the Empire. Very rough guess, we have about 10 sessions remaining, which will wrap us up sometime in April or May 2026, after a 5 year campaign.
On the 3d printing side of things, I have a couple of new products I am finalizing for Star Wars Legion, after aquiring a multi-color 3d printer. Prototypes have been printed and look great, I need to setup the store listing and take some photos, and ideally play a game or two utilizing the new tools.
